Best experience you will do, Carl goes above and beyond for you. They have great communication skills and are on time for everything you need. Definitely will be booking again! The service provided was amazing and the staff was very friendly. I mentioned it was my girlfriend’s birthday and they went out of their way to decorate the bus and provide other surprises to make the day feel special. Highly recommend! We had an amazing time
I had such an amazing time on my trip! Racquel, our tour guide was extremely helpful and really went out of her way to make it a good experience for me and my sister. She was on time for pick up and she had free WiFi. The bamboo raft operator, Xavier was also great. He made sure we got some great shots for our social media and he gave a great limestone massage. Wow my experience with Jamspot Ja, was excellent, exceptional and wonderful the service was 10 ⭐️⭐️ Racquel booked everything we asked for. And the Driver's Errol and Carl were professional but were lots of fun. They were always on time and never rushed us or complained about to many stops most important the ( Prices) are very reasonable for your vacation budget. I loved the service! They were on time and responded to my request at the last min! Our driver Carl, he was absolutely amazing. Customer service out of this world. He took us around for the day and came back a day later and took us to the airport. The owner Raquel was so helpful in suggesting things we could do and my son absolutely loved what she suggested. My girls and I decided to venture to River Rapids Jamaica for a girls day out. We reached out to Jamspot Ja to assist us with making the reservation and scheduling the transportation and we are very happy that we did. We did not have to worry about anything but getting dressed and meeting up with our drive. Our driver Andrew was engaging and knowledgeable and he was very patient with us.
